My journey into nutrition comes from a genuine passion for supporting gut health, encouraging inclusive (never restrictive) ways of eating, and promoting body confidence. I love helping others feel their best, both through nourishing food and through teaching Pilates and barre. By bringing together mindful movement and balanced nutrition, my aim is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.
